Welcome to SUSRUT EYE FOUNDATION AND RESEARCH CENTRE’s online appointment booking portal.

Appointment Booking:

– The portal is for booking appointments only with SUSRUT doctors.

– You can book one appointment at a time.

– Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via SMS and email.

Payments:

– Payments are securely processed via a PCI DSS compliant gateway supporting multiple payment methods.

– In case of failed transactions, refunds will be initiated to the original payment source.

Rescheduling:

– Same-day rescheduling is not allowed.

– Rescheduling is allowed only for the same doctor and within the same appointment slot type (General or Premium).

– Doctors may offer General and Premium slots; rescheduling must respect this classification.

Cancellations:

– Appointments can be cancelled online before the scheduled visit.

– Cancellation after the visit is not allowed and no refunds will be issued.

– No-shows will be marked absent the next day and the appointment cancelled.

Refunds:

– Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days excluding holidays.

– Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment source.

– Refunds for offline payments must be collected at the respective branch.

Liability:

SUSRUT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from use of the portal.

Policy Changes:

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by Kolkata High Court jurisdiction.
